The London Mint Office was looking to raise brand awareness/credibility whilst supporting sales of its Battle of Britain commemorative medal.
Loudmouth engaged with the Daily Mail (a primary target media) to be part of an event honouring the essential role of those working behind the scenes in the Battle of Britain. One of its leading journalists took to the air in a Spitfire flight that was followed by a ceremonial awarding of medals to the unsung heroes of this infamous event.
The campaign achieved:
- a full page editorial in the Daily Mail and more online
- Double page spread in The Times
- 65 pieces of coverage about the event across radio, print and broadcast media with 83% running links to the London Mint commercial website where copies of the medal coud be purchased.
